Released April, 2017

“In January 2017, we set up a mylar drape in Mary Rozzi’s living room to shoot some press photos. Mary had the idea to use a roll of mylar to make in-camera illusions and effects happen — something she had some experience with from the time before digital. As always, I’m less comfortable posing than I am moving, so I was moving around a lot and thought the fluid reflection on the mylar would be beautiful filmed. I asked Mary if her camera could shoot video as well as stills and she said yes. So, with one light and essentially some tinfoil, we made a music video in a few takes.”

“We did it in 5 takes with only 1 Light, and a 4x10 piece of mylar.
Les, Me, Pam, and Gillian on Mylar, all in my living room.

I loved the spontaneity of having a thought and just trying it. It was lo-fi, honest and innocent.

I think that's what makes this video so cool. The intimacy and trust between friends.”
